Bathing in Lines

Artist’s Statement: The sun creates shadows that produce art in its self. This photograph was captured in the spur of the moment as my bird was bathing in his water bowl in the sun, one of his favorite activities. I saw the way the lines were forming on his back and was able to capture this action shot of him rising from the bath and the water droplets coming from him.  This shows a feeling of utter bliss while enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
