All that remains of a sedan is its metal frame, which is sinking into a pile of debris at the side of the road. The rusted color of the frame matches the rust-red dirt and bushes that surround it.

Pacific Palisades Fire Damage

Rebuilding will take years.
A river frozen in motion.

Blurry Banks

Allowing my camera to capture the movement of the liquid while still making it look crisp is so cool and satisfying to me.
A girl leans on a railing at the top of a wide, curved stairwell. Her back is to the camera, and she’s looking at a gallery wall of portraits of Indigenous Americans on the landing beneath her.

Works of the World

Every part of the world holds beauty waiting to be discovered. And it's even easier to find that beauty when looking through another person's lens.
An angled shot of a black door set into a concrete wall that is framed by flowers. The door is numbered with a golden 2 and includes a letter box and door knocker shaped like an insect. A plaque at the top reads "Mind your head."

Nature and Nuance

I took this collection of photographs during my time in England as I struggled to find my place.

Words of Faith

Poetry is prayer.
A cocoon suspended in a rain gutter.

Survival

Here's to the little guys who keep on keeping on, no matter where they are.
A concrete outer wall of a restaurant. A small logo reads “Fatburger.”

Summer Interlude

Artist Statement: "Summer Interlude" is a photograph steeped in nostalgia, a poignant tribute to a once-cherished locale now lost to time and change. The setting...
A boy dressed in a black hoodie stands on an outdoor balcony in front of a row of open lockers.

Teenage Fever

"Teenage Fever" is an exploration of resilience and the myriad emotions adolescents experience in the face of adversity.
A girl arches backward, holding a skull aloft over her head. Waves of white light surround her.

Awaiting the End

The image plays with notions of mortality and survival, inviting viewers to reflect on their own encounters with fear, danger, and the resilience of the human spirit.
A blue ribbon printed with an Israeli flag, tied around a tree trunk.

Bring Them Home Now

While the ribbon looks peaceful blowing lightly in the wind, it stands as a visible reminder of the terrible war.

Disjointed

One thing I like about this photo is the lights above her. I like how they seem to be either pointing at her or radiating from her. The bright lights contrast with her not-so-bright expression.

Staring at Darling

“It ended up being about how even when I don’t feel beautiful, I can create something beautiful of my body.”
